PHILOSOPHY:

Children naturally like music.  The more that they know about music, the more they like it.  The job of the music teacher is to present music concepts in a sequential order that is both enjoyable and accessible to the student.  Children are actively engaged in making music during class.  Singing, playing, listening, reading, writing, moving to and with music are the core of the music curriculum.
